Practitioners’ Course
Blue Ocean Strategy Australia trains and grants licenses to experienced consultants who act as either independent or internal strategy advisers.
If you have relevant experience and interest in any aspects of strategy formulation, validation and/or execution, we can train and license you to develop your personal Blue Ocean Strategy consulting capabilities and business as part of the official affiliates network.
Qualified Practitioners are our most experienced and highly trained advisors. There is an extensive training program which stretches over several months and culminates in a globally recognised qualification. Your major course work is reviewed at the London based Blue Ocean Strategy Initiative Centre established by the authors, Professors Kim and Mauborgne.
Australian Accredited Affiliates are also experienced advisors who have completed the shorter domestic Australian training and qualification process. Affiliates may be generalists or specialise in specific areas of strategy validation or execution such as leadership training, change management, business process engineering, project management etc. Accredited Affiliates can continue their studies to achieve Qualified Practitioner status at a later date.
Both Qualified Practitioners and Accredited Affiliates have Peer Review obligations and roles as well as continuous professional development obligations in order to maintain their accreditation.
Licensed Practitioners and Affiliates are also granted a subscription to the specially designed Practitioner functionalities of our elearning system, bosguru.com, which is a repository of advisory, training and business management resources.
