Australian Innovation Research Centre

Australian Innovation Research Centre (AIRC) researches key issues in innovation performance and economic development with the primary goal of linking their research to issues in public policy and business development. AIRC accomplishes this via policy advice to state and federal governments in Australia, policy work with overseas governments and agencies, an entrepreneurship program, a teaching program on innovation policy and a strategic innovation forum.

Australian Innovation Festival

The Australian Innovation Festival has been running since 2002. It is supported by AusIndustry, and the National Press Club (among others). The Festival includes many events, including seminars, exhibitions, trade fairs and workshops aimed at increasing public awareness of innovation in Australia. There are over 500 events held around Australia, with over 400,000 people attending each year.
